Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 3-4 weeks before you travel, so there's time for research, revisions, and any follow-up questions. I can sometimes turn things around faster if your dates are tight — just ask before booking.
What if I don't know where I want to go yet?
That's fine — the intake form has space for "I'm not sure yet, but I like X." Route Review isn't the right starting point in that case, but Custom Itinerary works even from a rough idea.
Do you book flights and hotels for me?
Not with Route Review or Custom Itinerary — I plan, you book, so you keep control of cancellations and loyalty points. With Full Support I'll send direct booking links and help you compare options.
What countries do you cover?
Mostly Southeast Asia, South Asia, and a growing list of destinations I've travelled to personally. If I haven't been somewhere myself, I'll tell you upfront instead of guessing.
How many revisions do I get?
One round is included with Custom Itinerary and Full Support. That's usually enough once you see the first draft, and Full Support includes unlimited revisions before you leave.
What if I'm not happy with the plan?
Tell me specifically what's not working and I'll adjust it — that's what the revision round is for. If something's fundamentally off, we'll talk it through on a call rather than guess over email.
Do you plan trips for families / solo travellers / groups?
Yes, all three — the intake form asks who's travelling so the pacing and stops match your group. Family trips get more downtime built in; solo trips can move faster.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer, in EUR. Full Support can be split into two instalments — half up front, half when the plan is delivered.
